High-risk HPV subtype 52 infection can cause intraepithelial lesions of the cervix if the infection persists for a year or more, so treatment is required. If there is no fertility requirement, cervical erosion or cervical polyps or cysts should be treated surgically by performing cervical conization to remove tissue for routine pathology. After surgery, anti-HPV infection drugs can be given vaginally, such as interferon suppositories vaginally, or Paterin, anti-HPV bioprotein dressing, Rebiflexan vaginally, which are all types of anti-HPV infection treatment. One month or three months after the end of the treatment, the cervical HPV test is performed again. If the HPV is negative, the HPV test can be repeated after three months, and two consecutive negative tests can be performed as normal.
