Symptoms of tension headaches

Symptoms of tension headache are mainly headache, neck discomfort, and insomnia and anxiety, depression, dizziness and other accompanying symptoms appear.
1. Headache is the main symptom of tension headache, usually the site is not certain, can be unilateral or bilateral. Pain can occur in the neck, occipital region, top of the head or the whole head, usually a persistent dull pain, the head will present around the feeling of tightness, pressure and heaviness.
