Excessive sweating may be due to physiological reasons, or it may be caused by qi deficiency or yin deficiency.
1. Excessive sweating on the palms of the hands, the soles of the feet, and the forehead and face caused by nervousness and anxiety; excessive sweating in hot and humid environments; and excessive sweating due to rapid heartbeat caused by daily exercise and activities are all physiological and do not require treatment.
2. Excessive sweating during the day and sweating when moving are self-sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by sweating when moving a little). This is mainly due to qi deficiency, Yingwei not solid, etc., which leads to the discharge of fluid from the sweat pores on the surface of the body.
Sweating at night in the sleep state, most mainly due to yin deficiency, for night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, waking up sweating stopped), the body’s different internal organs, yin deficiency, will cause night sweating symptoms, such as lung yin deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, and so on.
Excluding physiological reasons, if the sweat is particularly high, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment, under the guidance of the doctor’s identification of medication, not self-medication, so as not to cause damage to the body.
