What are the main symptoms of advanced cervical cancer?

Symptoms of advanced stage of cervical cancer mainly manifest irregular vaginal bleeding, and the amount of bleeding is related to the size of the lesion and the blood vessels encroaching on the tissue space. Pressure on the ureter causes urinary urgency, frequent urination symptoms, affecting the rectum appears constipation, causing the lower vena cava reflux obstruction appears lower limb swelling and pain symptoms, tumor pressure or involvement of the ureter causes ureteral obstruction appears lower abdominal pain. In the late stage, because the tumor is a consumptive disease, anemia, cachexia and systemic failure may occur. Cervical cancer that involves the ureter will compress the ureter and cause pyelonephrosis, and it may further develop into uremia, which is very rare in the clinic.
