What does multiple anechoic endometrium mean?

Multiple anechoic endometrium is clinically indicated by ultrasonography. The endometrial lesions may be clinically caused by the following reasons: first, if the pregnancy is followed by a chylothorax, multiple anechoic changes in the endometrium can be seen by ultrasonography at this time. The clinical diagnosis of hyperemesis can be made by the increase of HCG value of blood, and most of the patients with hyperemesis have a history of menopause and vaginal bleeding. Third, multiple anechoic endometrium may also be due to excessive growth of endometrial glands, resulting in thickened endometrium and multiple anechoic manifestations. This is an endometrial change in anovulatory menstruation, and hysteroscopy is recommended for diagnosis.
