First aid for subarachnoid hemorrhage

Subarachnoid hemorrhage occurs most often in middle-aged people in their 30s and 40s and is a dangerous condition. The disease may be preceded by unilateral headache , damage to the motor nerve, optic nerve, trigeminal nerve or seizures. Most attacks occur suddenly during emotional stress and strenuous exercise. The main symptoms are severe headache, vertigo, vomiting, back pain, leg pain, irritability, diplopia, fear of light, fear of sound, delirium or convulsions, and other symptoms, severe cases accompanied by coma. First-aid measures 1, the acute period should be absolutely sedentary, to avoid the sudden increase in blood pressure of various factors, and at the same time to quickly call the ambulance or notify the emergency center. 2.Put a pillow under the patient’s shoulder to elevate the upper body and head slightly. If only the head is elevated and the neck is bent, it will be difficult to return the venous blood to the head and make the cerebral pressure rise instead, so special attention should be paid. 3.If there is loss of consciousness, the airway obstruction is very dangerous. At this time, the patient should be allowed to lie on his or her side with the jaws extended forward, i.e., in the sleeping position. 1. If the patient complains of easy fatigue, yellowing of vision, or inappropriate glasses, consider whether this is a sign of subarachnoid hemorrhage. If you have such self-conscious symptoms, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible. 2. Subarachnoid hemorrhage is mostly caused by abnormalities in the cerebral blood vessels, and even if it stops for a while, there is a possibility that it will recur in a few weeks. Therefore, thorough treatment should be performed.
