What’s wrong with the brown discharge?

Flowing brown discharge is a common gynecological symptom, a manifestation of abnormal leucorrhea, and once this occurs, it should be given high attention. The reason why brown discharge is formed is mainly because there is a small amount of bleeding mixed with the discharge and it stays in the body for a relatively long time, so the outflow is manifested as a stale brown color. This can be a normal phenomenon, for example, within two or three days after the menstrual period, there may be some residual menstrual blood that accumulates due to poor discharge, mixes with the discharge and is then slowly discharged; if it occurs between two periods or about 2 weeks before the next period, this condition is generally considered to be normal bleeding during ovulation. Brown discharge can also be seen as a pathological phenomenon, such as occurring after the end of menstruation or before the next menstrual period, this may be a dysfunctional bleeding of the uterus, if it occurs before the menstrual period, also consider luteal atrophy resulting in luteal insufficiency. In short, if brown discharge occurs, you should go to the gynecology department of the hospital in time to do the relevant examination and make clear the symptomatic treatment in time.
