How to regulate recurring chin acne

Recurrent chin acne is usually referred to as acne, which needs to be regulated by general treatment, topical medication, oral medication and physical therapy, taking into account the severity of the condition.
1. General treatment: For general treatment, choose water or suitable cleansing products to remove excess oil, flakes and bacterial mixtures on the skin surface, and use mild moisturizing milk externally. Avoid squeezing and scratching the skin lesions with hands. Appropriately limit the intake of high glycemic index foods and milk that may trigger or aggravate acne, keep bowel movement smooth, and avoid staying up all night.
2. Topical medication: Adapalene gel, Vitamin A cream, azelaic acid, fusidic acid cream and other topical antibiotic medications can be applied locally.
3. Oral medication: Inflammatory acne can be taken orally antibiotics such as doxycycline, minocycline, etc. Isotretinoin can inhibit sebaceous secretion of sebaceous glands, regulate follicular sebaceous gland duct keratinization, improve the anaerobic environment of the hair follicle, anti-inflammatory and prevent the formation of keloid scarring and other effects.
4. Physical therapy: photodynamic therapy (PDT) with topical 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) to enrich the sebaceous gland units of the hair follicles, plus red light for severe acne.
