How long does it take to vomit when you are pregnant?

The time of vomiting reaction after pregnancy varies from person to person, some women can have early pregnancy reaction after their period, while some women can have it only after 40-50 days of menopause, or even not. Usually, pregnant women with regular menstruation and normal ovulation can experience early pregnancy reactions such as vomiting, drowsiness, weakness and loss of appetite in the sixth week of pregnancy, i.e. about 42 days, mainly due to the increase of chorionic gonadotropin level in the body, and such symptoms can be significantly reduced or disappear when the hormone level stabilizes in the middle of pregnancy. The severity of early pregnancy reactions varies according to the physical condition of each individual, with some women experiencing only mild nausea without vomiting, while some women have more severe vomiting and need to go to the hospital for infusion treatment. Therefore, it is recommended that pregnant women in early pregnancy should take adequate rest, avoid stress, eat small amounts in the morning, participate in gentle outdoor activities and breathe fresh air. In severe cases, psychological treatment is needed to relax the mind, and finger pressure on the Hegu point can be used for relief.
