What are the symptoms of high blood pressure?

In general, most patients with a slow onset of hypertension and mild to moderate elevation of blood pressure alone have no obvious symptoms or mild symptoms initially, and some patients only become aware of their elevated blood pressure when they have a routine physical examination or undergo other tests.
Some patients may experience symptoms such as dizziness, headache, fatigue and palpitations.
If a patient’s elevated blood pressure is caused by another disease, they may show symptoms of the corresponding disease, such as oliguria.
