Fresh granulation trauma of third degree burns with large sheet of skin perforated for grafting. No scar in the skin-taking area of the right thigh; scar in the skin-grafting area of the left lower limb. Contracture is not obvious, need to continue elastic sleeve compression functional exercise for more than six months!
