Does paracetamol cure eczema

Paracetamol can be used to treat eczema, and the treatment of eczema can be done with injectable solution or oral tablets. The injectable solution is usually 10ml once daily intramuscular injection and the oral medication is mainly 4mg three times daily orally. It can also be combined with other antihistamines, such as levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules, olopatadine hydrochloride tablets, loratadine citrate tablets or loratadine tablets. If the rash is severe, glucocorticosteroids, such as methylprednisolone or betamethasone injection, may also be used. Topical medications can be combined with glucocorticoid ointments such as hydrocortisone butyrate ointment, dextran ointment, halometasone ointment, or fluticasone propionate ointment.
