1. Inflammatory enlargement: If the swelling of lymph nodes behind the ear is determined to be caused by inflammation, medication can be applied under doctor’s guidance, such as taking some antibiotic drugs, such as levofloxacin capsule, together with topical application of Dinocaprolactone cream, etc., to help anti-inflammatory and reduce the swelling, and local infrared light and other treatments can be given at the same time.
2. Lymphatic tuberculosis: after the patients are clearly diagnosed, they can apply anti-tuberculosis drugs under the guidance of doctors, such as rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol, pyrazinamide, etc. The general treatment process is longer, but as long as they actively cooperate with the treatment, the majority of the patients can get a better prognosis. If abscess, rupture and other phenomena occur, it is necessary to give puncture and surgical treatment.
3. Malignant lymphoma: chemotherapy can be given after diagnosis, the most commonly used program is CHOP program, the drugs include adriamycin, cyclophosphamide and vincristine.
