What is the most effective medicine for pulpitis

Pulpitis can cause severe pain, but once the pulp becomes inflamed, it is difficult to eliminate on its own and usually requires medication or, in severe cases, removal of the pulp for relief. Medication is usually administered in two ways. Firstly, the pulp cavity will be opened for decompression, and then warm saline will be used for cleaning to destroy the virus and bacteria. At the same time, put some pain-relieving drugs in the cavity, which can temporarily relieve the pain. At the same time, analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs should be taken together. Then we should take the corresponding treatment according to the condition of the patient’s teeth. These drugs are mostly topical, which can directly clean and sanitize the pulp cavity, analgesic, as well as eliminate the infection. For acute pulpitis patients are advised to take penicillin antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs. If the pain is very severe, pain medication can be used to provide temporary relief. At the same time, it is important to pay attention to rest and review regularly. If the symptoms do not improve after three days, go to the hospital promptly. If the symptoms of acute pulpitis are severe, it is recommended to open the pulp cavity and then let the inflammation and pus flow out, as the pressure in the pulp cavity is reduced, the pain symptoms can be significantly relieved. Therefore, when pulpitis strikes, it is recommended to use pain-relieving and analgesic drugs first, and then with anti-inflammatory drugs.
