Dietary Considerations for Colds and Coughs

It is recommended that the diet of patients with cold and cough should be light, rich in nutrients, easy to digest, should drink a lot of water, can be appropriate to eat some rich in high-quality protein, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, such as beans, eggs, milk, lean meat, as well as a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits and so on.
