Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide, nifedipine belongs to different types of antihypertensive drugs, the patient’s condition requires, can be taken at the same time. Adverse reactions include headache, dizziness, syncope, edema, and hepatic impairment. Nifedipine is used in the treatment of hypertension and angina pectoris. Contraindications include hypersensitivity to the drug; severe aortic stenosis, unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, previous cardiogenic shock; pregnancy; and recent administration of rifampin.
