The difference between a fallen pillow and whiplash

There is a big difference between pillow fall and cervical spondylosis, and the two are obviously different in pathological manifestations, clinical symptoms and so on. Fallen pillow can be the initial manifestation of cervical spondylosis, but cervical spondylosis is rarely manifested as falling pillow. People have about one-third of the time every day to deal with the bed, pillow, fall asleep after the whole body relaxation, if the pillow is not suitable, the head position is not right, after waking up may appear around the cervical vertebrae soft tissue pain, that is, falling pillow. Most people can get complete relief from falling pillow through physical therapy, massage, plasters and other treatments. However, this is not the case for cervical spondylosis. The pathological manifestations of cervical spondylosis are very different from those of pillow fall, and there is no abnormal change in the imaging of pillow fall, but cervical spondylosis has obvious changes in imaging, such as radicular stenosis, nerve root compression, cervical spinal stenosis, cervical vertebrae compression, etc., and produces corresponding clinical manifestations, such as numbness of the limbs and dizziness. When neck muscle tension and pain occur, it is recommended to seek medical treatment in time for further examination, to clarify the cause with the help of doctors and to carry out targeted treatment or therapy.
