Spongy kidney ultrasound manifestations are mainly the following three aspects: 1, the lesion of the renal medulla are echogenic enhancement, the normal renal medulla echogenic slightly lower than the renal cortex echogenic; 2, spongy kidney enhanced type of performance, is the lesion of the medulla echogenic intensity close to the renal sinus echogenic, part of the vertebral body can be seen in the sieve-like structure echogenic. Intravenous pyelogram shows dilated tubules with grape-like shadows and some sandy high-density shadows within them; 3, strong echogenic masses, the lesioned medulla is a strong echogenic mass with hairy edges, clustered and more uniform in size, and posteriorly accompanied by shallow echogenicity.
