Terminal manifestations of cervical cancer

The clinical manifestations of cervical cancer before death may most likely include heavy vaginal bleeding, anemia and pelvic pain. Due to the hematogenous metastasis of cancer cells and lymphatic metastasis, it will cause multi-organ organ failure, for example, in case of cardiac failure, atrial fibrillation will occur. In case of lung failure, cough, sputum, bloody sputum with dyspnea will occur. In the case of liver failure, there will be hepatosplenomegaly, increasing jaundice, accompanied by hepatic ascites, and hepatic coma. In case of renal failure, hematuria and anuria will occur, accompanied by swelling of both lower limbs. Due to the metastasis of cancer cells, the body will develop malignant fluid condition, so patients with advanced cancer must have intravenous nutritional support, symptomatic treatment, and good end-of-life care, which will be conducive to the patient’s peaceful departure.
