Crawling exercise method for low back pain

  In ancient China, Hua Tuo invented the Five Animals, including “tiger”, “deer”, “ape”, “bear” and “bird”. “The first four of these animals are all crawlers. For example, friends with heavy hypertension and heart disease should practice crawling with caution, and some patients with low back pain have more pain after crawling, so do not practice again, indicating that it is not suitable for this exercise method.
