Interval 2nd degree type 2 block should be intermittent episodes of 2nd degree type II AV block. The treatment of 2nd degree type II AV block is mainly related to its primary disease and heart rate, and the primary disease can be treated by medication or surgery, and if the primary disease is difficult to be treated, then medications to increase the heart rate, such as atropine and isoproterenol, or by interventional surgery can be chosen.
Second-degree type II atrioventricular block means that the impulse from the sinus node is impaired in the conduction between the atria and the ventricles, so that the impulse can not be transmitted to the ventricles normally, and this impediment to conduction shows intermittent episodes, that is, second-degree type II atrioventricular block.
1. Drug treatment: If second degree type II AV block is caused by coronary heart disease, hypokalemia, drug intoxication, etc., it can be treated by taking lipid-lowering drugs such as simvastatin, potassium chloride tablets to replenish potassium ions, and discontinuing related drugs. When the primary cause is difficult to improve and the heart rate is low, atropine and isoprenaline can be taken to improve the clinical symptoms.
2. Interventional therapy: When the primary cause of second-degree type II AV block is difficult to treat, and there are obvious clinical symptoms such as dizziness, black haze, etc. and the ventricular rate is relatively low, if the conditions permit, interventional therapy can be chosen to install a temporary or permanent cardiac pacemaker to treat it, which makes the ventricle excited and ejected by releasing electrical stimulation when the impulses have not been conducted to the ventricle.
If second-degree type II AV block is indicated on ECG, it is necessary to go to the hospital for proper treatment under the guidance of the clinician to avoid delays.
