Is the lower the blood sugar of a diabetic the better?

Many patients who come to my clinic have a typical misconception that they are diabetic and just blindly try to lower their blood sugar. Under normal circumstances, hypoglycemia does not occur in the general population. Diabetic patients, however, tend to have high and low blood sugar. Hypoglycemia is more dangerous than hyperglycemia. Generally 50 mg/dL or less is hypoglycemia, fainting is a manifestation of hypoglycemia, and what’s worse is that it may end up being life-threatening, and even if it is rescued, the damage to the brain is huge. Ultimately, or diabetics can not be hungry. Pumpkin is a good thing, but pumpkin can not lower blood sugar. There is a certain amount of dietary fiber in pumpkin that slows down the absorption of sugar. Any food that contains energy will not lower blood sugar. In addition, the less staple food the better blood sugar? This is a serious mistake. Staple foods are the most basic building blocks for maintaining energy for diabetics. Without staple foods, there is a big gap in energy. Only by eating the right staple foods well can you have a good effect on your diabetic condition.
