What’s wrong with knee pain after running?

Knee pain after running may be related to incorrect running posture, insufficient warm-up before running and knee injuries caused by running.
Running has high technical requirements, but most people have not received formal instruction, which may result in incorrect running posture. In
running, the internal and external pressure on the knee joints is not balanced, which is likely to cause one side to aggravate wear and tear, and pain will easily occur after running.
If the muscles and ligaments around the knee joint are not stretched before running, the ligaments, muscles and joint capsule around the knee joint will be stretched strongly after running and pain will easily occur.
The pressure on the knee joint during running is significantly higher than that of normal walking, and prolonged running may cause structural damage to the knee joint, such as cartilage wear and tear and meniscus damage, which will easily cause pain after running.
If the symptoms of knee pain occur after running, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital to improve the examination and receive regular treatment.
