What are the causes of frequent premature sexual contractions?

Frequent premature beats are a very common arrhythmia that occurs in almost all people. It is just a matter of how often it occurs. What are the causes of frequent premature beats? We know that premature beats are generally divided into benign premature beats and premature beats with prognostic significance, so the causes of frequent premature beats can be divided into two categories: one category of premature beats is mostly found in healthy people, and its occurrence is related to bad habits such as overwork, mental stress, drinking strong tea and coffee, anxiety, nervousness, poor sleep and excessive smoking and drinking, especially in young and middle-aged people with heavy work and psychological burdens, menopausal women and brain workers. It is more likely to occur. Correcting the above triggering factors is the solution for these types of premature contractions. However, there are a few cases of premature contractions for which the exact cause cannot be found even after several years or more of follow-up. These are also the causes of benign frequent premature contractions. Patients do not have to worry about this and have to find out the cause before they can feel at ease, because these premature contractions are usually not clinically significant and can be left to their own devices. Another type of cause of frequent premature beats is premature beats due to organic cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hypertension and myocarditis. Of course, other diseases secondary to the heart may also cause premature contractions, such as pneumonia, gastroenteritis, water-electrolyte abnormalities due to diarrhea and vomiting (hypokalemia, acidosis, etc.), uremia, food or drug poisoning, etc. If it is benign, there is no need to panic, just change the bad habits and keep a good attitude; if it is of prognostic significance, we should focus on treating the underlying disease and apply drugs to control premature beats as appropriate.
