Can fibroids peel off and be discharged?

Whether or not a fibroid can be exfoliated depends on the specific situation and cannot be generalized. Fibroids are usually referred to as uterine fibroids, a common benign tumor in women, caused by abnormal proliferation of uterine fibers, which can form a round or oval shaped tough tissue between the uterine muscle walls, surrounded by a thin pseudo-envelope. Uterine fibroids are so dense in relation to the uterus that they are usually difficult to peel off on their own and be expelled from the body. Submucosal fibroids, however, are less likely to occur because they have a thin root, and smaller fibroids may be shed after necrosis, and may be expelled from the uterus at the same time as menstruation. Usually, fibroids that are small in number and size and do not affect other functions of the body can be removed without special treatment and can be reviewed regularly.
