A case of Feng Li field consultation in the orthopaedic group of Peking University Third Hospital, with deformity healing after trauma to the lower end of the femur, multiple surgeries, and joint ankylosis, was achieved with the assistance of 3d printing guides, which enabled preoperative navigation design, avoiding marrow opening, reducing bleeding, and correcting joint deformity.
