Sinus rinsing after nasal endoscopy can effectively remove dry crusts, increase local blood circulation, promote the clearing function of cilia, reduce edema, and be more conducive to adequate ventilation of the nasal cavity and sinuses and discharge of secretions, thus greatly shortening the postoperative treatment time. Doctors also found in their work that patients who insist on cleaning the nasal cavity also have satisfactory recovery results. Here again: nasal cleaning is generally started 6~7 days after surgery, 2~3 times a day, and rinsing for one to three months. So how do patients clean their nasal cavity? This is the correct way to operate the nasal washer that we will introduce below. (A) Nasal cleansing solution At present, hospitals provide professional nasal cleansing solution so that patients do not have a poor grasp of the concentration when preparing it by themselves. The cleaning solution is a warm saline rinse nasal cavity in line with human saline concentration (0.9%) and human body temperature (35~37℃), just like tears in the eyes, without discomfort, which can reduce the occurrence of choking. (B) nasal cleaning 1, cleaning bottle nose plug port tilt up, bottle vertical, nose plug port in the “0” closed position (nose plug port at the 3 gears. 0: closed; 1: a smaller amount of water; 2: a larger amount of water), rinse a use of cleaning fluid about 260ml (i.e. 1 bottle); 2, pull out the cleaning bottle on the cap cover plug, hold the bottle recess with one hand, and use your index finger to plug the upper lid intake hole; (step ① + ②) 3, the other one will be the nose plug port according to the direction of the arrow rotate to 1 or 2. head to be located above the lavatory pool, should be low and lean forward 30 °, the nozzle should be close to the nostrils, slightly adjust the angle of the nozzle, try to avoid rinsing liquid along the nostrils vertical upward. Do not apply excessive pressure or swallowing action during flushing, and do not speak, so as not to cause choking and coughing and squeeze the sewage into the eustachian tube and cause middle ear infection; 2. Patients should not rinse; 4. After rinsing, patients should lie down for a few minutes and use the compound liquid paraffin nasal drops to nourish the nasal mucosa, reduce nasal odor and promote the recovery of nasal mucosa function; 5. After nasal rinsing, rinse the nasal rinse with water and hang it to air-dry.
