Can I have a cold one on my period?

Feeling menstrual cramps after drinking ice water is not caused by drinking ice. So whether or not you can drink ice during your period varies from person to person, if you drink it for menstrual cramps then drink less or not drink it, if you drink it it’s fine and continue to drink it won’t cause menstrual cramps.
