How to recover quickly after a fracture

The repair of fractures has a certain pattern, which is in accordance with the normal healing of the physiological condition, and no measures can promote the rapid healing of fractures. After a fracture occurs, a reasonable treatment plan should be chosen according to the specific situation of the fracture. Generally, a fracture can be fixed externally by manipulation, and if external fixation cannot be done by manipulation, internal fixation should be done by surgery to achieve anatomical repositioning as much as possible. Regardless of the type of treatment, the time of fixation depends on the different parts of the fracture. Some parts of the fracture need to be fixed for a shorter period of time, usually around 7 weeks, and some parts of the fracture need to be fixed for a longer period of time, usually around three months, and in the case of internal fixation, the fixation time is even longer. In the early stage of fracture treatment, you should take reasonable functional exercise, muscle massage, which can promote blood circulation in the affected limb, reduce muscle atrophy, maintain muscle strength, prevent joint stiffness, and promote fracture healing. In the diet, you should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits rich in minerals and dried fruits, this is to avoid some fracture diet misconceptions, for example, there is a saying that after a fracture should eat calcium-rich food, drink bone soup and so on these sayings are wrong, and these diets are not conducive to the healing of the fracture, but rather detrimental to the healing of the fracture. The recovery after a fracture should be gradual, and should not be done in a hurry, otherwise it will be counterproductive.
