3. Lung malignant tumor: lung malignant tumor is more common in the elderly, which can be accompanied by chest pain, cough, hemoptysis, dyspnea and other symptoms, part of the lung malignant tumor involves the pleura, and there can be obvious symptoms of chest pain when breathing.
