What is pelvic floor dysfunctional disorder

Female pelvic floor dysfunctionPDF is a group of disorders caused by pelvic floor support defects, injuries, and dysfunctions, the main problems being stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and pelvic floor organ prolapse (POP). Female pelvic floor dysfunctional disorders have become one of the top five chronic diseases affecting human quality of life (cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, diabetes, and malignancy), seriously affecting the health and quality of life of middle-aged and older women. In particular, patients with stress urinary incontinence “can not laugh, cough, sneeze, as long as the body under pressure will be urinary incontinence; urinary frequency, urinary urgency.” The pain is unbearable. Most patients find it difficult to talk about it, and some will not come to the doctor until it is absolutely necessary. They will feel very embarrassed that they are adults and still pee their pants, so how can they be embarrassed to talk about it? A patient once came to see a doctor who was not looking for incontinence, but when asked if she had a problem with urination, she would nod and say “yes”, and then describe some of her conditions, such as sometimes jumping and sneezing when she would pee, which are all possible cases of early stress incontinence.
