How many times of chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer

There are two categories of chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer patients, including those who are able to undergo surgery in early or middle stage of pancreatic cancer, and after surgery, they can undergo postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, usually six times, and individual patients with high-risk factors can also undergo eight times, that is, about six months of chemotherapy. In case of advanced pancreatic cancer, which is not curable and has metastasis throughout the body, chemotherapy is needed to control the progress of the disease. It is common for many patients to receive chemotherapy for more than 10 or even 20 times.
