Heel spurs are a common cause of heel pain. Early heel spurs can be treated by braking to reduce activity, applying topical medications such as Xue Shan Jin Luo Han pain relief coating, diclofenac diethylamide gel, and taking oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pain medications such as loxoprofenac tablets. At the same time, use heel pads to reduce the pressure on the heel bone, as well as physiotherapy such as shock wave therapy, microwave physiotherapy and other systematic comprehensive treatment. If the effect is not good, local closure treatment can be considered, together with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving drugs. If the symptoms are not relieved, surgical treatment may be required to remove the heel spur. It is also recommended to soak your feet in hot water once a day, preferably in the morning and evening, to help improve local blood circulation and eliminate inflammatory reactions.
