Which indicators are positive for hepatitis B major third-positive

Hepatitis B Major III is defined as positive for Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis B e antigen and Hepatitis B core antibody, in the order of 1, 3 and 5 positive on the Hepatitis B Five Quantitative Report Card. Hepatitis B major triple positive means that the patient is infected with the hepatitis B virus and the virus is in an active replication stage. At this time, the patient is more infectious, but liver function does not necessarily appear abnormal. These patients should be reviewed regularly, once every six months, and if there is discomfort, they should be reviewed at any time. Items to be reviewed include liver function, quantification of the five hepatitis B items, quantification of hepatitis B virus DNA, alpha-fetoprotein, liver ultrasound, and liver elastometry. If the indications for antiviral therapy are met, antiviral therapy should be administered in a timely manner so as to inhibit viral replication and avoid progression of the disease. If treatment is not administered in time, the disease can progress to cirrhosis or even liver cancer.
