Treatment of a cold pain in the stomach

In the summer time, at about 5 pm, my friend’s son felt pain in his stomach and stomach after drinking cow’s milk stored in the refrigerator, and the pain was so severe that he could not bend his body, could not tolerate the pain, and could not eat or drink. The pain was still unbearable until the night shift, and I sought medical advice, thinking that the cause of the disease was clear, and that the evidence of the cold evil was overwhelming the stomach, so I wanted to try it and drove there. When I arrived at the clinic, I pushed the door and entered, and felt the cold air pushing in despite the summer season. I saw the patient curled up on the bed, with pain under the jaws of the finger to the left, a light tongue, thin white moss, and a thin pulse. He was asked to turn off the air conditioner, and to take a stick of ginger and a handful of brown sugar to make half a bowl of soup. When the soup was being cooked, he took the needles to the left and right of the five points of the foot Sanli, Neiguan and Zhongbei, and left the needles for 15 minutes, the pain was as if lost, and after the needles, he took the ginger soup, sweated slightly, and slept well at night and in the morning. Afterwards, he was advised to take Xiao Jianzhong granules for follow-up. The Su Wen – pain theory says: “Cold is between the intestines and stomach, under the membrane, the blood cannot be dispersed, the small lobe is urgently induced, so the pain.” This patient was in an air-conditioned room, and she felt cold from the outside, and her stomach and abdomen were cooled, so the cold guest was in the stomach; in addition, she overdosed on cold, which injured the middle, resulting in Qi stagnation and disharmony of stomach Qi, leading to pain. The disease is still mild, the treatment is ginger and brown sugar to warm the stomach and disperse cold to relieve pain. The acupuncture is applied to Zhongyu, the point of the stomach and the meeting of the internal organs, which can help to regulate the Qi; Neiguan broadens the chest and relieves depression, moves the Qi and relieves pain; the foot Sanli is a joint point of the foot Yangming Stomach meridian, which “treats the internal organs together” can unblock and regulate the stomach Qi and guide stagnation and relieve pain. Xiao Jian Zhong Tang is composed of Paeonia lactiflora, Gui Zhi, roasted licorice, ginger, jujube and syrup, which is effective in warming the middle and replenishing the deficiency, and slowing down the urgency, in order to disperse the evil, warm the middle and replenish the deficiency. Jin Yishun, Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fujian Provincial Hospital Press: “Nei Jing”: Nourishing Yang in spring and summer, and nourishing Yang in autumn and winter. Spring and summer nourish yang in accordance with nature, spring and summer is the season of growth of yang energy, with the gradual rise in the temperature of nature, the growth of yang energy, natural flowers and trees are rooted and sprouted, blossom and fruit. The human body is also the same, such as not in line with the Yang Qi, Yang Qi conservation, then “the long Feng less, summer cold change”. Look at life now, summer in the air-conditioned room, drink herbal tea, eat cold drinks, so happy, but the body’s Yang Qi development is restricted, inevitably to the autumn can not bear beautiful fruit.
