Temporomandibular arthritis healing itself

Temporomandibular arthritis, or TMJ, is an inflammatory disease that does not heal on its own and requires medication or surgery. It is categorized into inflammatory diseases and osteoarthropathies. 1. Inflammatory diseases. It is acute and chronic inflammation of synovial membrane or joints caused by various reasons, and is treated with oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs (diclofenac sodium tablets), as well as physiotherapy or joint cavity closure treatment. 2. Osteoarthrosis. Osteoarthrosis is a degenerative disease of condyle, joint nodule and joint fossa, which is generally treated with non-surgical treatment such as physical therapy and heat application, and surgical treatment for severe symptoms. Mild temporomandibular joint structural disorders can be cured by appropriate hot compresses or measures such as eating fewer hard objects, while general inflammation within the joints requires medication or surgery to cure, and the medication should be prescribed by the doctor.
