Femoral head necrosis can walk normally after surgical treatment. Due to the different stages of femoral head necrosis, the surgical treatment methods are also different. In case of hip preservation treatment, there are medullary decompression, high-pressure bone cement filling and artificial bone implant with blood vessels, and since it is hip preservation treatment, weight bearing should be avoided in the early stage, and the bed should undergo a series of rehabilitation treatment and muscle exercise around the hip joint. After a certain period, the patient can slowly bear weight and can walk normally. If the femoral head necrosis is more serious and artificial joint replacement is needed, the rehabilitation course of the artificial joint will be followed, or during a certain period of time after surgery, in addition to functional training and muscle training of the hip joint, weight-bearing training can be carried out at an early stage, and afterwards, normal walking can be achieved through systematic rehabilitation training.
