Oxaliplatin is not a targeted drug, it is a more commonly used chemotherapy drug against cancer in China at present. The most common toxicity of oxaliplatin after application is neurotoxicity. Therefore, patients who apply oxaliplatin will be instructed by doctors to avoid contact with cold objects, cold food and cold water. Oxaliplatin is also associated with gastrointestinal reactions, reactions to hair loss, and reactions to bone marrow suppression. During the application of oxaliplatin, attention is paid to ensure that the intravenous drip is administered for more than three hours. When oxaliplatin is configured intravenously, it needs to be configured with sugar water, in which salt water will lead to degradation of the drug and cannot exert its effective antitumor effect.
