Is grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma considered early or intermediate?

Invasive ductal carcinoma grade 2 needs to judge the stage according to the extent of tumor spread and whether there is metastasis of lymph nodes, usually the tumor without metastasis belongs to early stage.
Invasive ductal carcinoma grade 2 only shows the degree of malignancy of the tumor, and cannot be used to judge the stage of the tumor, so invasive ductal carcinoma grade 2 may be in early stage or middle stage.
Generally, the staging is judged by the size of the tumor and the degree of diffusion and metastasis. If the tumor is small and has no metastasis as well as invasion, it generally belongs to early stage. However, if the tumor is found to have lymph nodes or distant metastasis, such as liver metastasis, kidney metastasis, bone metastasis and other distant metastasis, then it is in the middle or late stage.
Patients with grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma should actively cooperate with doctors for treatment and go to hospital for follow-up regularly to avoid delaying their condition.
