Whether the heart ultrasound is normal or not mainly need to check the atrial size, valve, ventricular wall and septum thickness, pulmonary artery pressure, ventricular systolic diastolic function and other aspects. 1. Atrial size: right ventricle<25mm, right atrium<40×35mm, left ventricle<55mm, left atrium<35mm. more than the above value range belongs to atrial enlargement. 2. Valve: whether there is valve stenosis, whether there is valve closure insufficiency. There is no stenosis or insufficiency of closure. 3. Ventricular wall and septum thickness: posterior wall of the left ventricle <12mm, interventricular septum <12mm, more than this range belongs to the ventricular wall thickening, septal thickening. 4. Pulmonary artery pressure: the normal pressure is 15-30mmHg, more than 30mmHg belongs to pulmonary artery hypertension, 30~50mmHg is mild, 50~70mmHg is moderate, >70mmHg is severe. 5. Ventricular systolic function: ejection fraction normal >50%, <50% for impaired systolic function. 6. Left ventricular diastolic function: E peak, A peak flow rate is normal for E / A & gt; 1, diastolic function is impaired E / A <1. The cardiac ultrasound report should be reviewed by a clinician. If there is any discomfort or abnormality, consult the doctor promptly.
