Contraindications to plyometric examination include absolute and relative contraindications.
1. Absolute contraindications: after surgery of musculoskeletal structures, acute injury and severe pain in joints and surrounding soft tissues, fracture dislocation or non-healing, bone and joint instability and dislocation. If there is local inflammation, such as joint cavity effusion, joint instability, acute sprains can not be performed muscle strength examination.
2.
