Efficacy of Tazarotene Gel

Tazarotene Gel has the effect of regulating the differentiation and proliferation of epidermal cells. It is clinically used for the treatment of normal plaque psoriasis. Tazarotene Gel is mainly indicated for the treatment of unusual plaque psoriasis. It is converted into its active form, a homocarboxylic acid of tazarotene, mainly by rapid deesterification. The active product binds relatively selectively to the beta and gamma subtypes of the retinoic acid receptor, but the exact mechanism of its treatment of psoriasis is not known. Adverse reactions such as itching, burning, tingling, erythema, irritation, skin pain, eczema, and flaking may occur after the use of this medication, and it is recommended that the medication be discontinued and medical attention be sought. For pregnant women, breastfeeding women and women with recent reproductive aspirations, as well as patients who are allergic to this product or other retinoids need to be prohibited. It is also important to note that during treatment, excessive exposure to sunlight should be avoided. Avoid contact of the drug with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes and try to avoid contact of the drug with normal skin. Patients are advised to use Tazarotene Gel under the supervision of a doctor and should not use it privately.
