What does a major triple positive mean?

It only reflects the immune status of the body after infection with the hepatitis B virus, and has nothing to do with the severity of the disease. Many hepatitis B patients have normal liver function and remain healthy carriers of hepatitis B for the rest of their lives, with no difference in quality of life or life expectancy from normal people. Some patients with hepatitis B major triple-positive will have repeated abnormal liver functions, which may progress to fibrosis or even cirrhosis over time. Therefore, carriers of major triple-positive should usually do a good job of living, not drink, not stay up late, do regular medical checkups, and get timely treatment when inflammatory activity is detected to avoid insidious progression to cirrhosis.
