How to diagnose bardic-like language

Chant-like speech is speech with an unusual configuration of accents and is evenly separated into many disjointed phases of speech. It is very similar to the intonation of chanting old poetry. The following are diagnostic criteria for chant-like speech: Hypotonia Hypotonia is a decrease in the force generated by the mutual traction of muscle cells, which prevents normal muscle movement. The tension of a muscle in a resting and relaxed state is called muscle tone. Muscle tone is the basis for maintaining various postures of the body as well as normal movement and is expressed in many forms. Reduced muscle tone can seriously affect a person’s life. Abnormal shoulder shake test The shoulder shake test is one of the methods of muscle tone examination. In patients with increased muscle tone, the muscles are strong and the resistance to passive movement increases, so the swing on their diseased side is smaller. In the case of cerebellar lesions, the amplitude of oscillation on the diseased side is larger due to reduced muscle tone. Consciousness disorder is a serious brain dysfunction caused by various reasons, and is one of the common clinical symptoms. A disorder of consciousness is a state in which people’s perception of themselves and their environment is impaired, or the mental activity on which people rely to perceive their environment is impaired. Positive sitting test A positive sitting test is usually seen in cerebellar lesions. When cerebellar lesions occur, there is a loss of coordination between groups of muscles or individual movements, resulting in a breakdown of movement and a failure to coordinate. The sit test is useful for the diagnosis of cerebellar lesions. Positive tracing test Positive sitting test is mostly seen in cerebellar lesions. When cerebellar lesions occur, there is a loss of coordination between groups of muscles or individual movements, resulting in a breakdown of movement and inability to coordinate. The sit test is useful for the diagnosis of cerebellar lesions. Positive finger-nose test A positive finger-nose test can be seen in 1) cerebellar disorders: inability to accurately touch the tip of the nose with the eyes open or closed, and tremors in the fingers. 2) peripheral or central vestibular system disorders with paralysis and deviation to the diseased side. 3) sensory ataxia: no difficulty when the eyes are open, but deviation of the fingers when the eyes are closed. Headache with vertigo Headache with vertigo refers to a slow onset, sometimes painful, sometimes not, with a long duration of illness, and headache with vertigo and pale face, which is considered by Chinese medicine to be a headache caused by blood deficiency. Positive knee flexion test A positive knee flexion test indicates cerebellar damage, and when cerebellar damage exists, the synergistic movement of the active and antagonistic muscles is impaired. Knee flexion test can be used as a diagnostic reference for cerebellar lesions. Positive Ant-To sign Positive Ant-To sign can be seen in cerebellar disorders, peripheral or central vestibular system disorders, sensory ataxia, etc. It is sensitive to the measurement of limb amplitude abnormalities. Headache Headache is both a symptom and a disease. Depending on the severity of the headache, the duration of the pain, the nature of the pain, and the accompanying symptoms, the cause or disease that triggers the pain can be determined. Headache as a disease has many different conditions. Most patients with recurrent, paroxysmal headaches have primary headache (i.e., no verifiable organic abnormality).
