Marfan syndrome is an inherited connective tissue disorder that may present with cardiovascular, skeletal muscle, and ocular symptoms. 1. Cardiovascular symptoms: the main manifestations are dilatation of the ascending aorta with or without aortic regurgitation, coarctation of the ascending aorta, mitral valve prolapse with or without regurgitation, chest pain, pallor, cyanosis of the lips, and fatigue. 2. Skeletal symptoms: long head deformity, long and thin face, sunken eyes, zygomatic bone hypoplasia, reduced elbow joint abduction, elongated trunk, low muscle tone and other symptoms may appear, and funnel chest, chicken chest, flat feet and other phenomena. 3. Ocular symptoms: most common in males, there will be bilateral lens dislocation, abnormally flat cornea, increase in the axial length of the eyeball, high myopia or changes in the angle of the eye chamber.
