Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-prepared Yi Qi and Uterus Formula in treating uterine prolapse of the type of spleen and kidney deficiency and to seek the best TCM formula for conservative treatment of uterine prolapse. METHODS: 45 patients were treated with the self-prepared Yi-Qi formula as the treatment group, and randomly compared with 45 cases in the control group of Tonic Zhong Yi-Qi Tang, and the two groups were given Chinese medicine decoction orally, and the efficacy was judged after two months of medication. Results: The clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 77.78%, and the effective rate was 97.78%; the cure rate of the control group was 53.66%, and the effective rate was 85.37%.
