What are the most basic symptoms of arrhythmia?

There is no such thing as a basic symptom of arrhythmia. Patients with arrhythmia have a variety of symptoms. Common symptoms include panic, chest tightness, dizziness, transient blackout, transient loss of consciousness, and even convulsions. Arrhythmia is an abnormality in the frequency, rhythm, site of origin, conduction speed or order of agitation of the heart impulses, and its basic symptoms cannot be generalized, and its clinical symptoms vary according to the type of arrhythmia. Common symptoms in patients with tachyarrhythmias include panic, chest tightness and discomfort. In the case of slow arrhythmias, such as heart rate of 45-60 beats per minute, patients may experience chest tightness, chest pain, dizziness, transient black haze, and in severe cases, even loss of consciousness, convulsions, and so on. Symptoms of arrhythmia patients are also related to the severity of the disease. Some patients with episodic premature beats and 1st-degree atrioventricular block may have no obvious discomfort, while patients with frequent premature beats, 3rd-degree atrioventricular block and atrial fibrillation may experience dizziness, black haze and fainting. When these discomforts occur, it is recommended to seek prompt medical attention to check for the presence of arrhythmia and to provide the necessary interventions and treatments according to the doctor’s instructions.
