How long can you live with cervical cancer?

Cervical cancer is a kind of tumor with high degree of deterioration, which seriously endangers women’s health. If cervical cancer is detected at an early stage so that the cancer cells can be removed from the uterus before they metastasize to other parts of the body, there is a high chance that the cancer can be completely cured and there is no great impact on the normal life expectancy of women. However, if cervical cancer is found late and has metastasized, then even surgery will greatly shorten the patient’s life cycle. In this case, the patient’s survival rate gradually decreases from 1-5 years after surgery, and the survival rate above 10 years is basically only 10% and below. For patients with advanced cervical cancer, if the cancer cells have metastasized systemically, then even if surgery is performed, there is no significant cure rate and long-term survival rate, so the survival cycle of patients will definitely be greatly affected, and the survival time of such patients may only be a few months. Moreover, how long cervical cancer can live has a lot to do with personal mentality and active treatment. If cervical cancer is not treated in time due to financial or other reasons, or if the patient is discouraged and has no spiritual motivation after knowing that he or she has cancer, then it will have a great impact on the life expectancy, so it is difficult to have a definite answer on how long cervical cancer can live.
