A little pain in the liver.

If the patient usually has pain or vague pain in the liver area, first of all, the patient should consider doing an ultrasound examination of the upper abdomen to see if there are stones in the bile duct area, and whether the patient has cholecystitis. For choledocholithiasis, as well as cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis, patients need to further consider ERCP choledochal stone removal surgery, or laparoscopic cholecystectomy. For patients who do not wish to undergo surgery, or those who cannot undergo surgery due to poor cardiopulmonary function, they can temporarily consider taking amoxicillin plus anti-inflammatory cholecystolithiasis tablets for treatment, or they can also consider intravenous antibiotics for anti-inflammatory treatment. In addition, for some patients, if the degree of fatty liver is more serious, there will be patients with pain and discomfort in the liver area, which is mostly seen in patients with moderate or severe fatty liver. In addition, for some patients who have primary tumors in the liver, if the tumor is large, it will also cause hidden pain and distension in the liver. If the ultrasound shows that there is a hypoechoic mass in the liver, further blood test for alpha-fetoprotein and enhanced CT examination of the upper abdomen should be considered.
