Can acne be cured by self-healing?

”The scientific name of acne is acne vulgaris, which is mainly due to endocrine changes during adolescence, imbalance of androgen secretion, excessive secretion of androgen or relatively low secretion of estrogen, which stimulates the secretion function of sebaceous glands and causes sebum to block the hair follicles. This stimulates inflammation of the hair follicle and further damages the hair follicle wall, causing inflammation around the hair follicle to form acne. People have the impression that after puberty, hormone levels and sebaceous gland secretion return to normal, the skin will slowly change from oily to dry and acne will disappear naturally without treatment, so there is no need for active treatment. This is not the case. As a physician, I actively encourage and recommend patients to receive treatment. The first reason is that for adolescents who are under stress from schoolwork, acne affects their appearance and often causes emotional distress when facing acquaintances and friends around them, which can lead to distraction from schoolwork, so early and effective treatment is recommended. -This is the reason why people who have passed puberty sometimes still have acne. If left untreated, this can often lead to increased inflammation around the hair follicle, resulting in cysts, dimples, vasodilatation or melanin deposits. If you want to treat the scars only at this point, the medical costs of surgery are much higher than the initial medical costs. So, why not get twice as much done with half the effort, with the least cost and most economical time to help yourself “fight acne”?
